Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made 7+ Days Before the Tour Date:

Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) before the scheduled tour date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Tour Date:

Cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within this period.

 

Booking Changes

Changes Made 7+ Days Before the Tour Date:

Changes to the booking, such as rescheduling, adjustments to the number of participants, or tour modifications, are allowed up to one week (7 days) before the tour date at no additional charge.

Changes Within 7 Days of the Tour Date:

We don't accommodate any changes to bookings within one week (7 days) of the tour date.
