We will depart from Durres and travel to Bovilla Lake, located approximately 10 miles outside of Tirana. As a part of Mount Dajti National Park, this reservoir serves as the main source of drinking water for the capital. Along the way, we will have the opportunity to see parts of Tirana before ascending to the dam and embarking on a leisurely 40-minute hike to Mount Gamti. From the summit, you can take in stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the lake, and the hills. We will take a break to rest, enjoy refreshments, and explore a cave. There may even be a chance to swim in the majestic canyons before returning to Durres.
